KI-Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegenden Laborevaluierungen zeigen, dass das Vivalytic-System eine präzise und klinisch wertvolle Ergänzung zur klassischen Labordiagnostik darstellt, insbesondere wenn eine schnelle Entscheidungsfindung gefordert ist. In den Untersuchungen von Hartmann et al. (2024) zum Nachweis von Harnwegsinfektionen demonstrierte das System eine hohe Sensitivität und Spezifität bei der Identifizierung uropathogener Bakterien und Antibiotikaresistenzmarkern, wenngleich eine Erweiterung auf zusätzliche gängige Antibiotika wie Aminopenicilline oder Cephalosporine als sinnvoll erachtet wird. Im Vergleich zur Standard-PCR bestätigten Heger et al. (2022) die diagnostische Genauigkeit des SARS-CoV-2-Tests und hoben hervor, dass das System die Zeit bis zur definitiven Diagnose signifikant verkürzt. Ergänzend zeigten De Pace et al. (2021), dass das Verfahren auch bei Proben aus den unteren Atemwegen nach Verflüssigung hochpräzise Ergebnisse liefert – besonders bei hohen Viruslasten innerhalb von nur 40 Minuten. Insgesamt erweist sich das Vivalytic als valide Strategie für den Point-of-Care-Einsatz, die durch Geschwindigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit die klinische Risikobewertung und Behandlungseffizienz unterstützt.
